New Employees

Jeff Dobson

Jeff Dobson is VCC's new Website and Data Programmer. In this capacity, he will ensure smooth operations of our loan application tracking system and will also oversee monthly report production. For the last seven years, Mr. Dobson has worked for Virginia Tech in the Career Services group and previously at VT's Conservation Management Institute. He is versed in SQL, VBScript, JavaScript, and several other technologies required for this position. Mr. Dobson is also a graduate of Virginia Tech in Computer Science.

 

Jacob Willis

Jacob Willis joined VCC as a Small Business Lender now located in a new northern Virginia office. Mr. Willis was previously a Business Development Manager with Prince George’s Financial Services Corporation. He brings knowledge in Asset-Based Lending (ABL) has been active with the Small Business Administration’s 7A and 504 programs. He is a 2010 graduate of Emory University in Atlanta with a degree in Business Administration.
