Christiansburg, VA, 12/1/09-VCC's participation in the J.Bryston Winegar M.D. Medical Center Project is featured in the December 2009 edition of the Novogradac New Markets Tax Credit Report. The new medical center, located in Duffield, Va., brings first-class medical care to a US Dept of Health & Human Services designated medically underserved area.
